We recently had a great improvement in our business, by increasing the lead generation more than 3 times. That’s why I thought it would be great to share our experience.

What should be the minimum lead generation you are getting per month?
Probably there isn’t a right answer for that. We may search for a benchmark on each industry to see if we are below the average, but that’s hard to find. While I was making my research on this topic, I found some interesting numbers about conversion rate, but in my opinion they where too high.
Therefore, I decided to define my own numbers. If you don’t get 20 leads per month in a B2B business and you are not selling nuclear reactors, you probably can do it better! Talking about conversion rates, I recommend you should try to reach at least 2% and at least 1K visits per month for a Small Business. An enterprise should get at least 10x more.
How can you increase the lead generation 3x or more?
The answer is quite simple, make your site look amazing! Improve your site! Make it look good! Yes, people care about it!!
Our last website’s revamped, increased our monthly lead generation more than 3 times.
And if you are wondering what we did to our site… we improved the design, included more images, more information, we improved our branding image and the mobile experience, we tried to do the best that we could, and that doesn’t mean we made a perfect job. We still have a lot of work to do, but we reached a value where the change made the difference, and we where able to see immediate results.
Now, if you want to improve your conversion rate, take a look at your site and see what is it that you can refine. Something useful is to compare with your competitors and other industries’s sites, and see if what you have now, is the best you can have.
